The bilingual exhibition of “Franciscan monastic life today” was opened on October 18th, after the 11 a.m. mass in the reception building of the Mátraverebély-Szentkút Shrine.
The travelling exhibition was prepared by Slovakian Franciscans and financed by the Interreg V-A Slovakia-Hungary Cooperation Programme, as a result of the project Touristic Development of Franciscan Cultural Heritage Sites of the Border Area by the Cooperation of the Two Provinces (MONUMENTIS) (SKHU/1601/1.1/060).
The opening ceremony of the exhibition was accompanied by the “Forrás” orchestra.
The roll ups, which present the monastic life, can be viewed at the Shrine until December 31st.
